Things to Know Before Your Appointment
To help you enjoy the most relaxing and beneficial experience at PRANA Head Spa & Wellness, please take a moment to review the following guidelines before your visit.
Dress Comfortably
You’ll be provided with a spa robe or gown and asked to remove your shoes. We recommend arriving in loose, comfortable clothing for your ease and relaxation.
Arrival Protocol
When you arrive, please take a seat in the lobby area to the left of the entrance. Your spa technician will greet you there and escort you to your treatment room.
Medical Considerations
If you’re under medical care or taking medication related to blood clotting or circulation, we strongly recommend consulting your physician before booking a scalp massage.
Please note: Guests with conditions such as congestive heart failure, kidney issues, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or similar concerns are not eligible for Lymphatic Drainage Massage.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Let us know in advance if you have any allergies or sensitivities to cosmetic products. We’ll happily adjust your treatment to ensure a safe and pleasant experience.
For Facial Enhancements
If you have selected the Face Hydration & Massage Enhancer, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face to ensure the best possible results.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve our time exclusively for you. To maintain this level of care, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (under 48 hours) may incur a fee.
We understand that emergencies can happen—if something unexpected arises, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Why a Credit Card Is Required
To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card information is stored securely and will not be charged in advance. Due to increasing no-show rates in the wellness industry, this policy ensures we can hold your reservation responsibly.
At checkout, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Please note: Checks are not accepted. Cash tips are appreciated if you’d like to leave gratuity for your technician.
Hair Extensions & Scalp Treatments
In order to perform a thorough and effective treatment, full access to your scalp is necessary.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate guests with extensions, braids, twists, or locs, as these styles can interfere with cleansing, exfoliation, and massage techniques.
